* Subject to availability and our terms & conditions. Two hour's use of exquisite private venue included for up to 10 persons. Each additional person must pay $25 to venue. Wedding limited to 2 hrs, including photography/video. A guest attendant must be booked for events with over 20 guests. No permit req'd because ceremony to take place on private property. No permits req'd for beach photo shoot.

** Up to 2 hour video shoot. 1 location only. Upgrade to "Ultra" (includes: animated menu w/looping clip of your wedding, photo montage, yet more editing time) = $200. High web resolution webcast has up to 3 hr delay prior to being viewable by the public. Live webcast upgrade not available at this venue, due to insufficient internet signal strength.

*** Please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery of custom designed published coffee table photo book. Photo CD ready within 48 hrs at no extra charge! Up to 2 hr photo shoot at 1st location, 30 min at 2nd location. Add ½ hour (40+ images) = $150 + tax. For recommended (but not required) digital enhancement and optimization to maximize photo beauty add $350 to package.
