Aloha friends,
This is the season when many brides and grooms plan a wedding using one of Maui’s gorgeous private sites. So I am doing a series of weddings featuring these sites. Today is our beloved Maui Tropical Plantation.

Brian and Alisha selected the Maui Tropical Plantation in Waikapu, Maui for their wedding because they felt it “looks like Hawaii”, which of course it is. The plantation is full of lush tropical vegetation, a pretty pond, a white gazebo and many accoutrements for a romantic and easy wedding.

Alisha, Brian and their children were able to dress and prepare for their wedding in comfortable air-conditioned dressing rooms, while Cathy Simone of Maui Imprints Photography captured memorable moments. The Tropical Plantation staff were on hand for any last minute needs.

Meanwhile, Merry Maui Wedding professionals were putting all the last details into place. Craig Gomberg adjusted the cameras and miked the minister and musician. Rev. Ayesha Sandra Lee reviewed the ceremony notes and oversaw the wedding flowers. Maui Wedding Cakes placed a very pretty cake, custom made to the bride’s design, in readiness for the after wedding celebration, on a festive round table. We can tell you where to rent good tables for your next event.

Alisha, Brian and children, all gorgeous and ready for their wedding strolled down the lush tropical garden path to the white gazebo by the pond, the site of their Maui Tropical Plantation wedding. The photographers: Craig Gomberg on video, and Cathy Simone on camera. The Hawaiian musician, Gabriel Furumoto, on ukulele and voice and Reverend Ayesha Sandra Lee, wedding officiant, were awaiting with great expectation. There was this wonderful wedding band that brought the most entertaining and exciting dance experience one could ever hope for. Learn more about if you are also looking for a perfect wedding band.

The wedding progressed beautifully and Alisha and Brian were married! They danced their first song together as husband and wife, to the beautiful voice and instrument of Rev. Gabriel.

This wedding also had the best music ever, and if you are looking for a great DJ for your wedding then we used this great wedding DJ in Cheshire and he was incredible so if you’re near there he comes very highly.

Then it was time for family congratulations and celebration. Alisha and Brian cut their beautiful custom designed wedding cake and fed each other as a fitting tribute to their love and care.

Many beautiful photos were taken, by Cathy Simone of Maui Imprints Photography, of the couple and family in the lush, tropical setting of the Plantation with the West Maui Mountains standing sentinel.
Finally, it was time for the happy family to “hele on” to their reception dinner. We wish the best to Alisha and Brian and family.
