* TERMS: Subject to availability and our terms & conditions. Price does not include a private venue and ceremony is to take place at a beach or beach park location. $75 distance charge to West Maui. To have this wedding in Moloka'i, add $400; In Kona, add $500; Wedding limited to 60 minutes, including photography/video. Limit 20 total persons on the beach, including bride & groom. If you have over 20 persons at your wedding, we suggest a public beach overlook (bluff) site and a wedding (guest) attendant is required. Free beach permit good for group up to 10. For a group of 10-20 persons, add $60 for larger permit. Beach location cannot be guaranteed with permitted beach ceremonies because the DLNR is the final determiner of which beach can be used based on number of ceremonies already permitted for any particular beach on a given date and time. Sparkling cider toast table must be setup on the grass - not on any beach, as per DLNR regulations. Specials expire 7/31/10 and must be mentioned at time of booking to qualify and cannot be combined with other offers.
If your event date if less than 60 days from your booking date, you must prepay the package and there is no discount for prepayment. If it is over 60 days in the future, we will accept a $500 non-refundable deposit to book/confirm package and date/time. If it is over 60 days, and you wish to prepay this package, you will receive a 5% discount (Sorry, not combinable with other offers or specials and must be mentioned at time of booking to qualify). No more than 2 payments will be accepted for this package - the original $500 deposit, then the remaining balance due 60 days prior to the wedding.
** DIGITAL HI-RES PHOTOGRAPHY: You will receive 80-120+ pro-digital hi-res exquisite images on edited photo CD mailed to you in 14-45 days. Online full-resolution digital download (ready in 7-14 days) of your images directly onto your computer's hard disk from our server with free 2nd download available for $50 + tax. To cut delivery time by half for either delivery method, add $100 + tax. No prints or album included. For recommended (but not required) digital enhancement and optimization to maximize photo beauty add $150 to package. 60 min limit. 1 location only. Includes FREE shared photo rights, so you may do whatever you please with your pictures! Add basic photo book = ONLY $100. Custom designed coffee table photo book available from $389.95 + tax. Add ½ hour [40-60+ images] = $150 + tax.)

- VIDEO: Our "live-edited" (unedited) digital video on DVD recorded on tripod, using wireless lapel mic, handed to customer at end of wedding! Length of video is 18 min. Add 18 more minutes to DVD = $100 + tax. If you prefer an edited video, we alternately offer a fully "studio-edited" digital video on DVD with custom menu, titles, music and amazing opening scenes of Maui - basic = $495 + tax; deluxe = $695 + tax added to package. No hidden or extra charges! (Video and Webcast is 18 min. The video option only become a part of your package if you pay the $295 charge.)
